Terms and conditions

By hiring Argentic's services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use our services.

Argentic provides design, implementation and maintenance services for custom bots and conversational agents. The service includes: analysis of the client's business, conversational flow design, bot configuration, trial period and ongoing maintenance under a monthly subscription.

A free trial period of 15 calendar days from the bot's activation is offered. During this period the client may evaluate the service at no cost. At the end of the trial period, the client may choose to continue with a monthly subscription or cancel the service with no penalty.

The monthly subscription renews automatically every 30 days. The price is agreed upon in advance between the parties based on the chosen plan. The client may cancel the subscription at any time, taking effect at the end of the billed period. See plans.

The client commits to: providing truthful information about their business, products and services; not using the bot for illegal or fraudulent purposes; notifying Argentic of any relevant changes to their business that may affect the bot's operation.

Argentic commits to: designing and maintaining the bot as agreed, making adjustments and improvements based on client feedback, providing technical support, and protecting client data according to our privacy policy. Privacy policy.

Argentic shall not be liable for lost sales, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. The bot is an assistance tool and does not replace human decision-making. The bot's responses are based on the information provided by the client.

The technology, design and conversational flows developed by Argentic are the property of Argentic. The client retains ownership of their content (products, prices, commercial information) loaded into the bot.

Either party may cancel the service with 30 days' prior notice. In the event of a material breach by either party, the other party may terminate the agreement immediately.
